Please read the information below prior to purchasing. This will answer many questions regarding shipping times, tracking #'s, inventory etc., damage in transit and more.
Shopping in our retail store: Prices and inventory on the Internet may not be the same as our retail store. While we do offer free pick up - please call ahead and check pricing and stock.
Please make sure that your contact information is current and includes a daytime # in case we or the carrier needs to contact you. If you have any questions please ask prior to purchasing.
Contact Information: Please provide your current daytime phone number and an email address. If you have a spam filter, please accept email from us. Failure to provide a daytime number may result in a shipping delay.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Money Orders and Checks (7 day hold). It is the buyers responsibility to contact us to pay via Credit Card.
Ships to: We only ship to a street address in the contiguous 48 United States. We are unable to ship to any box type address including AFP/AFO, etc.
Shipping: Most items ship maximum of 7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please allow at least 10 days for delivery.
Tracking: When available tracking #'s are sent to the email provided with payment or eBay. Tracking numbers are not available for all items - please allow 10 business days for delivery. Items shipped via USPS are shipped with confirmation of delivery. This confirms that we dropped the item off at a USPS location, it does not insure or track the item.
Inventory: Some items are shipped direct or from different locations. We do not have real-time access to inventory levels. If your item is out of stock or backordered we will contact you ASAP. We will provide a refund or place you on the backorder list as you prefer.
Feedback: Due to the volume, feedback will be left once received. If there is any problem with your item (damage, parts, hardware, etc.) please allow us the opportunity to correct the problem. We have been in this industry since 1990 serving residential and commercial customers all over the country. Our goal is your satisfaction.
Freight And Damage: Packages will be shipped through Ground, USPS or Common Carrier depending upon the size & weight of the package.
* Shipping Via Common Carrier: Any item shipped by common carrier will be curbside service. That means you are responsible for getting the products off of the truck. While most items are delivered in boxes requiring assembly, some of these boxes are heavy.
* DO NOT SIGN THE RECEIPTS IF THE CRATES OR BOXES ARE DAMAGED.
* DESCRIBE THE DAMAGES WITH YOUR SIGNATURE ON THE TRUCKERS BILL OF LADING.
* MISSING PARTS: Will be shipped to your address by FedEx. (freight pre-paid) as soon as possible. YOUR SATIFICATION IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US.
IMPORTANT: ALL MERCHANDISE IS CAREFULLY PACKED AND THOROUGHLY INSPECTED BEFORE LEAVING OUR STORE OR THE FACTORY. RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT'S SAFE DELIVERY WAS ASSUMED BY THE CARRIER UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THE SHIPMENT. CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUSTAINED IN TRANSIT MUST, THEREFORE, BE MADE UPON THE CARRIER AS FOLLOWS.
CONCEALED LOSS OR DAMAGE: Concealed Loss or Damage means loss or damage which does not become apparent until the merchandise has been unpacked. The contents maybe damaged in transit due to rough handling even though the carton may not show extreme damage. When the damage is discovered upon opening , make a written request for inspection by the carrier's agent within 15 days of delivery date. Then file a claim with the carrier since such damage is the carrier's responsibility. By following these instructions carefully, we guarantee our full support of you claims to protect against loss from concealed damage.
VISIBLE LOSS OR DAMAGE: Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or express receipt, and signed by the carrier's agent. Failure to adequately describe such external evidence of loss or damage may result in the carrier refusing to honor damage claim. The form required to file such a claim will be supplied by the carrier.
DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE TO US, document the shipping documents - especially where you sign - that the item has or may be damaged. Contact us as soon as possible. but within two (2) days of receipt.
DO NOT DISPOSE OR DESTROY PACKING MATERIAL OR BOXES UNTIL THE ITEM IS FULLY ASSEMBLED AND OPERATING CORRECTLY.
FILE YOUR CLAIM AS ABOVE AND INFORM US TO FOLLOW-UP.
New Equipment Warranty: All new equipment comes with the full mfg. warranty. Buyer is responsible for sending any warranty registration card to the mfg.
Used Equipment Warranty: All used equipment is sold As-Is unless stated otherwise in the listing. All used equipment is tested prior to shipment. Buyer is responsible for requesting and purchasing any insurance
Return Policy: 15 Day Money Back Guarantee and Return Policy
1. Return Policy: If you have changed your mind within 15 days from the date of the payment to us, you can return the merchandise. You pay freight to & from. A minimum restocking fee of 20% will be charged to cover the repacking and repainting, if the boxes are opened or the product has been used. All refunds (minus all shipping costs) will be refunded in the same manor as initial payment to us (i.e. if you paid using PayPal we will issue a PayPal refund to the same email address that was used for payment to us).
2. Any refunds on items offering shipping included will be: the cost you paid minus the actual shipping charges and any restocking fee if applicable as stated in part one of this policy.
3. Shipping charges for any approved returns will be prepaid by you back to us as stated in part one of this a policy.
4. No refunds will be given until all items have been received at the warehouse and inspected.
